Bruce began his career in an advertising agency where he gained a comprehensive understanding in the powers of marketing and the responsibilities associated with producing a "successful and value for money campaign" for his clients.

In 1982 he followed his interests into real estate and by 1987 he became the youngest EVER principal to be awarded the rights of a # 1 major franchise group.

Within 8 months he had established his own successful Real Estate Agency employing a full time receptionist, property manager and eight sales consultants which was constantly in the "Top Ten" of some 48 franchised offices.

Bruce achieved numerous sales awards along the way and gained considerable knowledge over the past 11 years in the competitive "new homes industry" where he contracted to large building companies as their sales and marketing division to "establish corporate image and gain the appropriate market share".

Bruce is proud to state that since 1987 whoever he has chosen to associate his career with each company has achieved the # 1 position in their respective markets.

Eli's achievements include a university degree in psychology resulting in the publication of her public health article in the highly respected British Public Health Medical Journal.

She has also held various administration and accounting management positions in large corporations controlling budgets in excess of $10 million p/a. and includes several sales positions in various competitive markets.

Bruce & Eli take an active role in the Mudgeeraba community and are members of the Mudgeeraba Rural Fire Brigade Support Team.

They are also puppy carers for Guide Dogs Queensland, looking after and training one of their new pups "Joe" who'll be with them for the next twelve months.

"It'll be a bitter sweet parting but wonderful to know that we're helping the visually impaired and that we'll be able to visit the owner and Joe."
